Either unzip from the top to open up the neckline or use it as a harness hole. To secure the vest, pop your dog’s head through the head hole and connect both velcro patches on the underside. The velcro allows a little room for adjustment, so you can tighten or loosen it according to your pup’s size or fur thickness.
