US Customer Return Policy
Our Policy
We hope you love everything you order from Good Pets Products, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out!
Good Pets Products products come in a number of different sizes, so please check the size chart.
If for some reason a product is not 100% what you had in mind, we’re more than happy to arrange for a refund within 90 days of purchase, so long as the product is unused*.
*An unused product is one that is in its original packaging and unwashed or unused by a dog.
Returns Process
To start the returns process for US orders, download our US Returns Form within 90 days of purchase and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Please note, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
PLEASE DO NOT FILL THE US RETURNS FORM FOR PURCHASES MADE OUTSIDE THE US. PLEASE CHECK THE LOCAL RETURNS POLICY FOR YOUR REGION.
Faulty or Wrong Product?
If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the returns process. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.
Refund Process
Good Pets Products will refund the value of your item via the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
